House of Tara – Makeup In Nigeria Conference (MINC)

The client requested that we lead on communication around this historic event meant to bring together makeup and beauty professionals from across Nigeria and abroad. The target was a 500 strong audience which would participate fully in the 8-hour marathon.

What we Delivered

  • A successful 12 hour event, that had over 700 professionals and practitioners present from all regions of Nigeria.
  • A pre- event radio and online press campaign using the top radio stations in Lagos, trending hashtags and social media influencers.
  • The pre-event and post event buzz generated firmly placed the client as the industry leader in the eyes of the local and international audience as reported by the press.
  • Press coverage and exposure in 15 national dailies, and 7 top blogs across Africa which continued over 3 months.
  • Feedback from attendees indicated a willingness to attend all other events under the MINC platform.
